Lawrence is a graduate of Business Statistics with a postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation. Currently performing duties of planning, Budgeting, Monitoring and Evaluation at Uganda Wildlife Research and Training College. Conducting feasibility studies, determining project viability and setting project priorities. Advising on the College businesses and individuals on economic development topics in the College.Providing technical support and guidance in designing policies and making recommendations for solving economic problems within the College.

He previously Worked for consultancies; Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA)_ Uganda in different capacities from a field officer to a Field Manager, IDEAL dev't consults, Center for Integrated Research and Community Development Uganda (CIRCODU), NOTREDAME University savings project, URC, Wilsken ltd, among others. He is an experienced researcher and has been working on several projects since 2011. He participated in the poverty profiling and mapping for Kasese district under BTC "Belgium Technical Cooperation & quot; He participated in the household vulnerability assessment in western Uganda as an M&E assistant. Managed the “what motivates saving” project at Ugafode (MDI) under Notre Dame University Participated in the monitoring and Evaluation of the Biogas system that was offered to cattle farmers in Western Uganda. Monitoring and Evaluation of improved cookstoves under worldwide fund funded project in the Rwenzori Region and performed kitchen Performance tests under the project. Lawrence has also performed and worked under several positions as follows; Field manager at IPA Uganda on the coffee farmers project in Kasese and the Rwenzori region at large in line with coffee quality and Value Chain. Among other projects managed at IPA Uganda are Transaction consumer indices (TCI) project in collaboration with Bank of Uganda.

The Sustainable Market Inclusive Livelihood Pathways to Self-Reliance (SMILES) project that works with 14,000 households (extremely poor refugee and host communities in collaboration with AVSI and Uganda graduation study (UGS) Project in collaboration with AVSI.
