Akisiimire Hindrah is a Senior Wildlife Research Officer at the College. Her work focuses on wildlife ecology, human–wildlife coexistence, wildlife corridors, and community-based conservation initiatives that support both people and nature. She has conducted applied research that informs policy, strengthens conservation planning, and enhances management of protected areas. She is driven by a strong commitment to safeguarding wildlife, preserving ecological integrity, and empowering local communities to participate in conservation solutions actively.
