His academic background provides a strong foundation in education, development planning, and institutional administration.

In his role at UWRTC, Kaheru Richard is committed to ensuring efficient academic processes, supporting students and academic staff, and upholding academic standards that contribute to the College’s training and research objectives. He brings to his work a keen interest in education management and sustainable development, with a focus on strengthening academic systems that support national development priorities
